Agreement
NorthLadder is MediaMarkt’s official trade-in partner.
Amendments
– Item: Any personal item that the customer has legally purchased and wishes to sell using MediaMarkt’s buyback services on the MediaMarkt e-commerce portal.
– Any and all products that fall within the scope of the NorthLadder concept.
– Any and all products that comply with NorthLadder’s standards and are 100% authorized by NorthLadder.
– Any and all products related solely to the NorthLadder commercial license.
– Any and all products that fall within the scope of the NorthLadder concept.

NorthLadder Services and Third-Party Services
NorthLadder agrees to purchase the item offered as a used product at the agreed price specified in the agreement confirmed by the Customer. After inspecting the item offered for sale by the Customer, NorthLadder shall have the right to adjust the previously offered price based on the item’s condition and any defects detected during the physical inspection. The Customer shall have the right to accept or reject such value without this implying any liability on the part of NorthLadder and/or MediaMarkt (intermediary in the conclusion of the agreement).
The Customer shall be responsible for deleting all data stored on the item and removing all labels before handing it over to NorthLadder. NorthLadder shall not be liable if it subsequently transpires that any data or information stored on the item, which has not been deleted by the Customer prior to delivery, has been stolen, transferred, or used by any other person or entity in any manner once the item has been sold by the Customer to NorthLadder or to NorthLadder’s authorized distributors (misuse).
All devices purchased by NorthLadder must not have a carrier lock or iCloud lock. The device being sold must have local TRA approval. NorthLadder reserves the right to refuse to purchase a device if the carrier lock or iCloud lock is still active.
The Customer agrees to provide their personal data and to allow NorthLadder to capture a copy of their photo ID.+

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Enforcement
It is agreed that any dispute arising out of the interpretation or implementation of the provisions of this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai. “North Ladder Trading LLC (NL)”. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and it is stipulated that the applicable law is local law.
NorthLadder will not trade with or provide services to countries sanctioned by OFAC.
Any customer using the website who is a minor (under 18 years of age) may not register as a user of the website, conduct transactions, or use the repurchase services.
The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records, as well as NorthLadder’s policies and rules.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
No Refund and No Cancellation Policy: Once a service has been paid for, no refunds or cancellations will be issued. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted for any services or products sold by NorthLadder.
